Due to the mandatory introduction of the Saved Views features, as a company we cannot apply personalisations to our new employees. We now have to create saved views and publish them to these users. In the long term I can see this is a benefit as the views will change as an employee moves between Roles or LE's. No more having to reapply a load of personalisations.

However, all the work to produce the Saved Views and publish them is negated if the employee selected the Standard View.

It would be great to have the ability to override or disable the Standard View to stop the employee from viewing those items that have been hidden.
