The new Hours scale of maximum of 24 hours is too restrictive.
Most users are using the Hours view due to the detail shown on Bookings but they can view around 7 days on screen at any one time and see a proper overview of planned work in the next week.
The Booking detail shown on the Day, or Week View is not sufficient for users to work effectively.
Either the Booking detail on the Days view needs to use the one from the Hours board that is customised (we use 3 rows of data) or the number of hours that can be shown on the Hours view needs to be extended to perhaps 72 hours.
Our technicians typically do one Booking per day as each one takes 8 hours or so, 2 at most per day, sometimes with one Work Order lasting a week with 5 Bookings.

I agree. It’s very important for the dispatchers to see multiple days at once to plan properly. Right now, we are very frustrated and scheduling is almost impossible.

It takes a lot of time and effort. The old scheduling board in Field Service was helpful and made planning easier. But since the new update, that’s no longer the case. The view doesn’t work for. Before the update, we could see 14 days at once, which was very helpful.

I agree. This change is causing us a lot of issues as we cannot see enough days in the hourly view.It is making our day to day activities harder to implement.We don't mind the scale text changing from just a number to hours, but we do need to be able to see 5 days at once in the hourly view.The Zooming using th browser zoom controls is also not a useful feature for us, its a little confusing.

I agree, the latest update is not understable.Previously, we could see 14 days on a large screen in hourly view, to schedule easier. Since the update, we only see 2.5 days...Microsoft calls this smart zoom?You need to be able to zoom in, but also zoom out significantly.Please go back !
