Virtual tables for Dataverse Business Central On-Premise

For the time being, virtual tables are only available for the Business Central Online platform.
Their implementation for Business Central On-Premise, would be a huge help.

We have a lot customers who choose BC On Prem instead of BC SaaS because of their localization (low internet connection), confidentialiy, volumetry....
However they need to use Virtual Table with BC.
