In the latest version, customers can transfer an environment from one tenant to another tenant.

However, some customization/addons/ISV solutions may use the tenant ID for licensing purposes or other internal processes. After the environment is transferred, customers will need to update their partner/ISV provider to change their tenant ID.

The suggestion is to add a new event OnTransferEnvironmentPerDatabase(OldTenant, NewTenant) and OnTransferEnvironmentPerCompany(CompanyName, OldTenant, NewTenant). This will be similar to the existing events in codeunit 1886 "Environment Cleanup".

These events can be used by partners to handle tenant change so partners/ISV providers can create better experience for the customer and, for example, handle the tenant change in the background without any action required from the customer.
