I don't know why the security reports are so horrible, but they need to be rewritten. The license estimator with its green dots does not export to excel and you cannot filter it at all. The license count report also has bad formatting and cannot be filtered by anything useful. It also only shows the licensing under the entry-point model (Team Member, Activity, Operations), not the privilege based model (Finance, SCM, Project Operations, HR, etc).

The reports should be fixed, but the simple fix is to simply add the license for each user to the user list screen.
