Confirm changes before saving the schedule board settings

We often see users accidentally changing settings on a schedule board, affecting other user of the same board. Unfortunately even education does not work, as it's not possible to track who did the last changes. Suggestion: Have users confirm that they would like to save the updated settings or allow a user to save some personal settings for a schedule board.
