To add Teams Town Hall to the event integration options.

Town Hall seems like a massive step forward from Live Events and it would be great to be able to set events up directly from Dynamics 365 and have all the data syncing straight back to D365. At the moment we are limited to have to do this manually if we run our event as a Town Hall.
