Important information are maintained within the SLA and the Customer Service Schedule. But it is not possible to display these information on the form of the interface. It should be possible to create Quick Views for that. If you would like to print some necessary information for a customer it is also not possible to use the information from these entities. For now you need to maintain it separately if you would like to inform the customer about his Services Level.

Thank you for your feedback.

Since it is possible to apply an SLA to Work Orders and display whether that SLA is active, succeeded or failed, we assume you want something slightly different. We'd love to better understand the need. Can you please share more details about this concept including a possible example scenario that highlights the ask?

Thank you,
