Dimension blocked combinations - check on insert, not on posting

The dimension combination offers great functionality to block the use of two dimension values when posting documents. However, the check is on the moment of posting. For a user who is inserting sales lines, it would be usefull if the check is on the insert of the line and not on posting; that is too late.

Example: customer had dimension value X
Item has dimension value Y.
Combination X and Y is blocked.

Current solution: sales line can be created, but posting is not possible.
Idea: show error/warning when inserting the sales line for this item.

This is also applicable for purchase line, journal entries.Even better for user experience would be to make sure that blocked combinations are not even proposed when you select the dimension in a document.

There should be a FULL dimensions check like on posting when a document changes state or is progressed. For example, on release, on request approval, on creation of a warehouse activity. The checking on insert will validate that a correct dimension has been used but not that there is a dimension missing. Leaving this until posting (which should also happen) can often be very late in the process. Doing the checks earlier would greatly enhance the solution and ensure dimensions are correctly tagged throughout the document lifecycle.
