Via sign off of a deployable package in LCS, the deployable package gets marked as a release candidate. On a SOAX governed project we got the requirement to track/log this action via individual field. Currently modified by and modified data time is used to track this change, with the effect that the next change will overwrite this fields.
Could we please get the following changes?
1. Track sign-off by and sign-off date time in separate fields?
2. Add the “sign-off by” to the email which gets send by LCS when a package gets signed off?

We are also seeking that the sign off by and date/time is also added to LCS. This helps mark the difference between the user initialing the deployment as well as the individual that signed off on the deployment. Like journals, you have one individual to create, and based on requirements, another to review, approve and post.
