Currently when you use a system grouping based mobile menu item, the system uses the value of the "Id" field to create a query against the work table based on the specified system grouping field with that value. If you are scanning from a GS1 barcode then the system tries to find work using the id with the GS1 prefix (FNC1) character, which doesn't exist, so you get an error that no work was found.
It would be great if we could have GS1 decoding on this field (same as for other control fields) prior to it using the value in the query.

Thank you for your feedback. We released this capability as part of the functionality “Capture multiple segments of a GS1 barcode label in just one scan” in version 10.0.35.
