When tracking an appointment in when using the Outlook App w/ server-side sync in D365, there is the option to creat a related activity.  In this case, you can create a Task, Appointment or Phone Call.  It would be great if you could include all activity types, but more specifically, any custom activity types.  This would makes sense b/c if we have a custom activity type, it is most likely something that gets used a lot and its omission from here is unfortunate.Thanks.

I find that many of our CRM internal end users really want this feature, exactly as the OP and Paul Way have described.  We have many essential custom activities that end users utilize very frequently and it would save them alot of time and effort if these can be set in the Track window

This is a great suggestion!  I'd opt to say ANY entity would be ideal, but especially custom activities.  If this could be configurable at the organization level, this would be awesome!

As a manager I track sales staff key activities. A key challenge in doing this is getting up to to date data from my team. This is because sales staff are time poor and like to prioritize sales & client activity over admin. Implementing this, will help managers get more accurate reporting and save businesses time overall. More time can be spent on revenue generating activities and less time on admin.

Ideally it should be accessible in the mobile app as well.
