If a Job is changed on a position it often leads to a compensation level update, if an employee is already assigned comp against that position the level will now be out of sync. Only way currently around this would be to remove the comp and re enter (taking the new comp level)


It would be good if you are able to update the comp level in the employee fixed comp area as required to save rebuilding the comp every time.

This is a great idea and one would have thought should have always been the case as it's quite inefficient to rebuild comp whenever a job update is made on a position.
