Wish there is future option from team member employee self service web page option for employee to system resume update along with skills updates on a day-today basis.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for HR in the employee self service module. Employee's can enter in their skills but can also enter in accomplishments in their performance journal. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
