In User Personalizations, there is an option to select Time Zone. There is not an option for the Daylight version of my Time Zone. So for example, in the US I am in the Central Daylight Time (CDT), but the only option is to select Central Standard Time (CST). This is an hour behind what the current time is. So when you print reports the Time Stamp is pulling from User Personalizations. The only option is for me to choose an equivalent time zone to account for the Hour. In my case I would change my Time Zone to EST.
