The following KPI's in the Case Management report - Total Cases, Average Time to Review, and Agent Review Rate - include all items being actioned. This includes not only the primary purchase IDs reviewed and actioned, but also those "mass actioned" through the Link Analysis tab matching selected attributes (e.g., user ID).


Requesting the ability to break down these metrics into "'main items actioned" versus "purchase IDs actioned through link analysis".
