Would like a process to send an email to the contact or account owner when an email has been sent to a contact using outlook client with the regarding set to the contact in the App. I currently have a process setup to do this but when I set the regarding in the app and send the email the process fails to send the email to the contact owner. It is trying to send to a system account. The account owner exists. The activity is created on the account the contact is linked to. Should not have to drill down into the app to send an email to a contact to get a process to send an email. My process works if I use the template in the app.
