Ability to change the chat widget's background

We would like to be able to change the colors of different elements from the chat widget, most importantly the background.

Live Assist product had a very nice interface to tailor how widgets looked. And when they should show etc. All just drop and drag with no code.


Something along the lines of that would be ideal.
