Please provide the ability to attach documents in Service Orders and Service Quotes like you've done elsewhere in the application. It is critical to be able to attach pictures for documentation, purchase orders for approvals, etc. when processing service quotes and orders.

Please provide the attachment functionality on all the service management documents the same as the Link function that available everywhere in NAV version. it will help a lot, otherwise, the customer who needs to upgrade from NAV to BC will be really disappointed. Many thanks!

Any how with Business Central 16.4 update, we can see attachment fact box Service Order/Quote related documents but attaching files not working as expected. May be it is bug. It will be much needful feature those who is Service Module. Please consider this issue to your roadmap. thanks!

please add the links and notes factboxes also to the service item card and list.

the links factbox should be available in the service order list and card by default like in all sales and purchase pages. sadly it's only addable by an extension and not via the designer. so please add that to the roadmap.

I also hope that this become real soon. It would be very useful for us

There are two possibilities - attaching documents (saving document into DB) and adding record links (standard system record links).

But in service, the Record Links cannot be used, because the system part is visible=false by default. It means user needs to make it visible and only way for now is designer, which is mostly disabled on live system. Thus developer must do that through extension. And I think this is bug.

Hopefully this gets to the roadmap, as it would be a small addition to Service "module", but could mean great impact and benefit for the customers.
