Please provide the ability to attach documents in Service Orders and Service Quotes like you've done elsewhere in the application. It is critical to be able to attach pictures for documentation, purchase orders for approvals, etc. when processing service quotes and orders.

This would also be beneficial on the Service Contracts

Please add the "Document Attachment Factbox" functionality also to the quote and contract services.

Currently when there is attachment, then in "infobox" there is only link to number of attachment. It would be allot better if there are list of files which are all linked. Better to hit it, especially when high-res screens - try hitting "1" to open attachment...Alternative option would be to display window where its possible to manually assign sharepoint folder. for example if you have vendor/manufacturer folders then it would be great to link it with account in BC so you can access all files direclty from BC.

Please also Add 'Incoming document' functionality to Service, the same way like in Sales.

this would be most valuable if I could archive service orders too.See https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=d4984865-afd0-ea11-bf21-0003ff689cf3

YES! Please! Our company is currently using the OneNote integration and it caches locally which has been a complete nightmare.
