The sales unit of measure functionality within Business Central. Currently, when opening the inspection page in the item card and specifying the Code and Qty. per unit of measure, it selects entire column. However, I believe that allowing to choose the specific line level would significantly improve user experience.

This issue appears on the item card on the tab Price & Sales for the field Sales unit of measure when you click on "Show details" the open page lists all items with the same unit of measure instead of All units of measure for the item related to the item card

As the issue arises from the Item Code not being used as a filter on this page; instead, it is employed as table fields.
