A long field on a Business Process Flow is not fully visible

We have a field on a Business Process Flow where the data in the field is longer than the field width in the view. This causes the full text of the field to not be visible in the Business Process Flow ribbon. The request here is to allow the field size to change so the entire text of the field can be displayed
