At our Property, we have been instructed to put the buyer's name in the name field of the purchase requisition. the issue with this is, if you are a frequent requestor with over 100 requisitions, it can be hard to back track and find the purchase requisition you are looking to review. Therefore, why not add a assign user field below the name field when submitting the requisition. This way you can properly name the purchase requisition and assign it to the appropriate buyers. I strongly believe this way will allow us to manage the flow of our purchase requisitions instead of having to back peddle and enter in each purchase requisition until we find the correct one.
