Description of problem:
Not able to successfully limit procurement categories to a specific company through purchasing policies

Error message:
N/A

Repro steps:
1. Create 2 procurement categories
2. Create 2 purchasing policies for 2 different companies
3. Create Category policy rule: one policy for 1 category for 1 company and the other policy for the 2nd company and the other procurement category
4. Create Category access policy rule: one policy for 1 category for 1 company and the other policy for the 2nd company and the other procurement category
5. Create PO and Line in any of the 2 companies and both procurement categories are available in the drop-down but shouldn't be.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

The procurement policies catagory access rules are made for purchase requisitions primarily. We understand the requirement as this would be extended to purhcase orders as well.

Just found this idea, which should be implemented as soon as possible.All our danish customers are using purchase orders, but not requisitions (current possibilities only apply to requisitions).When facing several companies with different needs for the use of procurement categories in the same instance, it's a "must have", that a procurement category can be suspended/inactivated in one or more companies .. either by using a purchasing policy or by simply having a "suspended" field in the company specific information for the category (like financial dimension values).

I'm confused that this ideas portal is used for bug fixing. If the functionality which seems to be provided, does not work properly, please just fix it.
