I want to check is several fields are correct in our database. Like name, phonenumber, etc. So i would like to make some questions like:
Name: Toon Vereecken
Phone: +31612345678
So this is prefilled. If the customer changes this i can change it in our CRM automatic. For now this is not possible. I see some release planned end 2020. But this is still not developed? What's the status in this?

This functionality is highly needed, and customers are asking for this. As we are able to personalize / prefill in Marketing + forms, this should definitely be possible in Customer Voice as well.
