OOB The marketing roles Marketing manager professional & Marketing manager business have both privileges for the default entities account and contact
Grants access to fundamental entities like contacts, leads, accounts, activities (tasks, phone calls, appointments), and marketing lists. Create and delete permissions are limited to records the user owns, but they can view and edit records owned by other users in their business unit and for marketing manager business the business unit the manager is in.
Due to all the updates we get for the marketing module copy these security roles to a custom role and make adjustments is not an option at this moment.
Is it possible to scale down the privileges for one of these roles to only the marketing module entities?
Or create an new oob role that has only marketing entities and not the priviliges for the standard entities ?
