Example would be a monthly report. It would be great to setup the report once to include every month as a column but to have them hidden until there is data within that month.

Yes, print column if less than or equal to report date, greater than or equal to report date, etc. like there is in Management Reporter. Biggest complaint from customers coming from dynamics sl or gp with management reporter to Business Central financial statements is the HUGE lack of formatting options and unable to print a financial report that would have for all dimensions values selected and each separate dimension value with page break vs. running the same report multiple times with different dimension filter each time.

Agree - it would be great to be able to use print controls related to periods. I.e. print if the date range falls into the date range of the report.
