Enhance compensation form in self-service to show custom fields on employee fixed and variable compensation

The employee and managers forms for compensation in self-service currently only links to the fixed compensation and variable compensation tables. Custom fields added to the employee fixed compensation and employee variable compensation in coreHR cannot be added/visible in self-service. It would be great if these custom fields are available in self-service.
