When a customer returns an item that was part of a mix and match promotion, retailers want the customer to return all the items those were part of the promotion. For example, if items A,B,C are part of B2G1 promotion and customer got C on 100% discount. If the customer wants to return item A or B, the user should be forced to return item C as well.

Thanks for your feature suggestion! We will monitor the votes and feedback here to determine its consideration / prioritization on our future roadmap. Meanwhile, for your information that Commerce has a setting "Distribute discounts for least expensive discounts" to determine whether the pricing engine should distribute discount proportionally across all sales lines participating in the discount. The drawback, however, is that for B1G1 type scenarios, you will not see any free product on the transaction but both items will show the reduced price. Does this work for your needs?

I also vote for this. This is very critical requirement for retail business.

A common requirement for any retail business. Currently system allows the customer to get two items in Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions but return only one of the two separately. This leads to revenue loss for customer
