Sales Tax functionality should be available in all localised versions.

By default Sales Tax is not available in the GB localised version, however, as per the wayfair case in 2018, a business no longer needs to have a physical presence before a state can make it collect sales tax on the goods and services it sells. Therefore, any company in any country may need to use Sales Tax functionality to collect taxes.

On this basis, Sales Tax functionality should be available in all localised versions.

Is there any chance we can get this reopened or reviewed? We have clients that has companies in Europe, United States and Canada and we would like to be able to enable Sales Taxes in a European Localization.
