While using the Dynamics 365 Addon on for Outlook manually tracked emails are not always tagged as such for the one who tracked the email. Additionally if more users in the company received this email, it is not reliable displayed that this email was already manually tracked from one of the users to the CRM. This is both needed so that no duplicated are tracked into the crm and to keep the storage / file capacity low.


In regards to Copilot: If the Add on is replaced by Copilot in the future, these features have to be included with Copilot.
