Dear D365 RA Mobile Team, it would be convenient to be able to install RA on devices which are not capable of Augmented Reality. Just providing chat, screenshot and 2D annotations would already provide accurate way of guiding a technician. Especially in the current context, where 3D holograms annotations lack sometimes accuracy, and where change of perspective can lead to errors. Best regards, Vincent Dabir
