On LCS, the extensibility request experience could be better if we could interact with the Microsoft team responsible for managing them.

The idea is to allow LCS users to interact with the Microsoft team responsible of extensibility request through:
- direct interaction on the request
- easy creation of a follow-up ticket
- by mail
- ...

For the moment, we can only send a request.

We do not have any way to have more information on:
- When will the request be reviewed? (e.g. it has been one month since the creation of teh rqeuest, and nothing has been updated on it)
- Why was a request refused? (sometimes the Microsoft team feedback is not sufficient to understand how to create a better request)
- ...

Moreover, when a request is pending or refused, we cannot directly ask for more information.
