We have set up Azure Synapse Link between D365 F&SCM and your data analytics platform.

For Synapse Link to replicate data properly, the “Allow Row Version Change Tracking” option needs to be enabled on specific tables.

Currently, enabling this setting requires code changes, which are then subject to a release process which causes a system downtime of at least one hour.

We are running 24/7, hence this limits our ability to make these changes more frequently.

So, it would be great if we could enable this setting without code deployment or downtime (possibly through SQL scripts—but are understandably concerned about potential issues with supportability or database/code synchronization)
