If a sales order is recorded through the call centre, and a configured item is included on the order where the sales price is calculated by the configuration model's price model setup, an error message ''Field 'Reason code' must be filled in.'' is displayed if the price for the customer's chosen configuration is different from the price for the default variant. The user needs to specify a reason for the change to the sales price, even though it was a system configuration that set the price on the sales order line.

If the price on the sales order line is set automatically, based on the setup of the configuration model's price model, the system should accept that the price has been set automatically, and not require the user to specify a reason for the price being applied.

This problem arises in a scenario where:
o The user is using call centre functionality to manage customer orders
o Order price control is enabled for the call centre channel
o Some products are configurable using the constraint-based configuration feature
o The sales price of those products is calculated based on the user's choice of configuration options, using the Price model feature of the configuration model
