- When the number is dialed from Contact form/anywhere on Dynamics 365 Mobile App using "Click to call" feature, that call should be tracked as an Activity, automatically after/during the call with related details, like duration, direction, and linked to the particular entity-record.

- Filled with the following values :

1. Subject : Click to call for (Originated contact/account/the other entity record) at (current date and time)
2. Description : (blank)
3. Due : current date and time
4. Call with : Originated contact/account/the other entity record
5. Direction : Outgoing

- At least the page should route quick creation/popup form for Phone call activity to create a phone call activity.

This feature request is a must-have-option in every basic CRM where the mobile/VoIP feature is enriched. It is understood that this is an Inter-service communication, though the SOB/Teams VoIP calls are initiated within one platform. However, since this is feasible to have, we are eagerly waiting to see the feature soon.
