In the Work Item, select Support Issues>Export incidents to Microsoft Excel.
After downloading Excel, Export Incidents' items have 9.
But, we would like to utilize Inquriy contents to Microsoft and Interaction with Microsoft.
Therefore, In particular, I would you like to add Inquriy contents and Interaction with Microsoft to the Export item.
