BC On Premise has Create Notes in Document e.g. PO document etc. Small function but very useful. as BC users do not have to depend on email which is outside the BC.

In BC cloud Create Note is missing.

We used Create Notes to remind the other BC user and bring to their attention for next action.

Now BC Cloud users got to send email and phone call.
