In Analytics dashboard, MSE should exclude posts made by users in sentiment analysis. It should only process posts from the customers in order to give a realistic sentiment index and capture what the customers really feel.

Own social profile should also be excluded in Top Authors, Top Fans, and Top Critics as it doesn't make any sense to have them there. The purpose of those charts was to show promoters and detractors.
