When integrating PowerBI with Business Central, we are not given the option to select a workspace from which Business Central will be pulling data.
If any reports are published outside of the default "MyWorkspace" within PowerBI, they will not be visible within Business Central.
End goal is to have a default non user assigned shared workspace, where the reports will be visible from Business Central for all users, who have shared access to said workspace.
The issue is a long term possibility of an employee leaving the company, hence not being able to get data from their workspace.
