I'm excited about the functionality but I think there are a couple of things that could be improved.

I've been testing the new time sheet functionality with projects. I have a suggestion that the time sheets should be able to pull in planning line data even if the dates for the planning lines are NOT within the time sheet range but if there are remaining hours to use in the project for the resource.

Here is an example:

1. We enter budgeted hours for a resource to span the entire project: So for Kenny we enter 200 hours as of December 1, 2025.
2. Kenny's time sheet for December 1, 2025 pulls in the project and project task
3. Kenny uses 25 hours of the budgeted 200 hours in the week of December 1, 2025
4. On December 8, Kenny's time sheet says it "could not find project planning lines" because the planning line date is December 1.
5. This means that Kenny must enter the project and task manually which could lead to potential errors.
