To whom it may concern,
How often do we encounter the need to save a document, but only part of it?
The process becomes quite long and complicated, taking into consideration the actual configuration.
My idea is to incorporate into the process of saving documents the option of selecting pages and contents to be included in another document without following the actual procedure (selecting the content, then opening another Word doc and saving it). This process is time-consuming if you have multiple docs to save, and it affects the storage capacity.
Taking into consideration the other available option: saving certain pages and content as a PDF from the Word menu, it is still time-consuming.
As I am an Apple user, the procedure in question is too time-consuming and very little beneficial; therefore, I thought of a way to include within the main page an option just to select and send the pages and contents and save them directly. This could be either done by adding an option to click on before saving the file, or when saving a message alert could pop up and ask whether the user wants to save the whole text or some pages of it
I hope this idea could be of benefit to all users and effectively be considered and taken in consideration
