We received some feedback that the customer purchased new tablets and the images taken from the in-client function "Create Incoming Document from Camera" have degraded quality when viewed from inside BC. 

After testing this on both On-Prem and SaaS we managed to note that the resolution was downgraded from (3264x2448) to (1944x2592) when using the built-in app.

If we take the images from the device camera app and upload them directly to BC, the quality is saved and that pointed us to an issue with the client. It seems that the web client does not handle well camera with 4:3 aspect ratios and is expecting the more common 16:9 ratio. Unfortunately, that does not work well with the devices that were purchased so we would appreciate a push in that area as this will be a good improvement in the product.
