As of date in 'View in hiearchy'

An 'As of date' button should be added to the 'Position hierarchy' form ('View in hierarchy') - or the 'As of date' set in the 'Positions' resp. 'Workers'/'Employees'/'Contractors' forms should be transferred into the 'Position hierarchy'. When an organization change is coming up and HR prepares and registers everything in advance, they need to be able to visualize the new org diagram.
