Many Users want the feature to swap names “firstname lastname” into “lastname firstname” before extracting the Survey Report.
The feature in CRM to change the Full Name Format is good feature but if you have already selected "firstname lastname" the Extracted Report display names will be as that.
For an example you have clients with different nationalities an instead of spawning the names with a formula or manually it will be an excellent feature to pre-select the display name format before extracting.
