After turning on Designate fields as required using personalization, not all fields will be truly turned into Required field. For example, in Positions>Worker assignment, we would like to mark Reason code as Required. In PU41, the field is shown as Required (with the red star), however, users can still save the form.
As it is marked as Required, we would expect that it will stop users from updating/saving the form.
