In a normal picking scenario the serial numbers are always asked in the scanner. Only if the picking consists of the last S/N on a location, the confirmation is no longer asked.
For serialized item, it is a non sense to automatized the selection.

Not needing to confirm the last serial number on a location results in errors. It could happen that a serial number is not on hand on the location but is physically on the location. This results in the whs worker taking the wrong serial number physically but in d365 another serial number is picked.
At the end the customer receives the wrong serial number and tracing serial numbers is not correct.
