I understand this is not supported, but for some companies, some local country regulations might force them to move BC to On-Premise to allow unrestricted access to their overseas users. It would be a good way to keep companies using BC even if it means they have to do the extra things Microsoft does for the Online version (Updates, backups, etc.). Moving from On-Premise to Online is supported, but not the other way around.
