The idea is simple, when we press a shortcut (predefined by configuration), the application get the current record of the current page and start to do something with it (predefined by configuration too).

In this way it is not necessary to touch all the pages we need to add a functionality, that is, some extensions would be simpler and more powerful.

I'm developing an extension that does something for any record, but this option doesn't exist, and it would force me to extend all pages to add a button.

With: Record, xRecord, PageID and CurrendFieldNo
endless possibilities would open up.
