A similar issue has been raised under FinOps: 700886- Details for issue 662975 (dynamics.com), but currently we have the same issue on another form (service order), so to reproduce this issue we should set the details page as a personalized view and pin as default view then try to create new service order from service order creation form, the system always jump to the first record after the record is created instead of to the correct service order number.

Thank you for reaching out. It is difficult to assess if the behavior is wrong based on the description provided. If the pinned view is filtered and the new record does not match that filter, the system is expected to behave as described.
